Just because a property has grass that is over a foot tall in the front yard, does not mean that
it is vacant.  We have seen numerous scenarios where a property visually appeared vacant,
yet was actually occupied by the owner or tenant, hence forth why we use multiple indicators
to determine if a property is vacant and/or occupied.

Each inspection is completed by visiting the target address, performing the requested service(s), documenting with written as well as with photo or video verification substantiating the findings, then transmitting this information to our clients for their review.
